Guatemala Huehuetenango Huipiles

Another strictly hard bean Guatemalan, this one from the Huehuetenango region in the northwest, where the dry, hot winds allow the coffee to grow in conditions above 5000 ft. This medium bodied, medium acid coffee makes for great drip coffees and espresso shots.
